Todd Dean Blacklaw, 60, of Woodland, Washington, passed away on March 25, 2021 following a long term illness.
Todd was born on December 20, 1960 to Ron and Marcia Blacklaw in Lebanon, Oregon. On July 7, 1985 he met Candi, and they were married on July 7, 1990, going on to have 3 children. He enjoyed boating, fishing, road trips, and spending time with his family.
