Toby was such a kind soul, with a sweet and gentle nature that touched everyone around him. In the time I knew him, what struck me the most was his incredible kindness as a father. Never had I seen a father as loving, and gentle, whether he was letting his son eat some extra sweets, or bringing him to the museum. I knew that if I could have half of his nature, I could be a good parent one day. His kindness lives on in everyone that he met, I know it will live on in me, and I will recall his perpetual sweetness with Peter when I think of the parent I want to become. Sending all of my love to his family at this devastating loss.
