I am very shocked and sorry to hear about Toby's passing. My deepest condolences and prayers to those closest to Toby; significant other, his family and friends. In the 2 1/2 years Toby and I worked together, he hired the law firm I work for to do legal services, I feel I was able to know Toby on a personal level, he was a genuine person who I enjoyed talking with and sharing my thoughts and ideas with him, just as much, he would share his thoughts and ideas with me. Sometimes we would talk for a full hour and it had nothing to do with business, but that is the kind of person Toby was, a humanitarian. May God bless his soul with peace, he will always be remembered. 🙏🏻

I was devastated when I heard the news of Toby's passing. Toby was a caring man and seamed to have given more then he ever expected in return. His love and passion for life and others is greater than many will ever know. Toby had a great imagination from being a captain of the Starship Enterprise to driving cross country in a track to riding a motorcycle up and down the street just cuz he could. Toby touched many people life's and for that I am great full. May God watch over Toby's family and friends, for Toby will be waiting for us on the other side. Love you Brother
