Toby Heir, 58, of Roseville, MN passed away from complications of dementia on October 11, 2025.
Toby was born on May 8, 1967 to Bonnie and James Heir at Bethesda Hospital in St. Paul, MN. He and his family lived in several homes in the St. Paul area, but he always considered Don and Margie's house to be his home. He graduated from White Bear Lake High School in 1985. He had been active in …
