Toby Garlan Howard, 47, of Bullock, NC passed away on May 15th, 2022 from complications of heart surgery. even though a failing heart took him away from this world, his loving heart left an impact on everyone he ever encountered.

He was proceeded in death by his mom, Nancy Howard, 60, his dad, Garlan Howard, 61, and his step father, Roger Rife, 60.
