Tobias Kyree Hazelwood-White peacefully took his final rest in the arms of his loving parents, Nevada and Russell on April 13th at Summit Hospital.
Tobias was born on November 5th, 2025 to Nevada & Russell. Throughout his brief time with us, Tobias has touched many lives and brought them together from far and wide. His love is forever expanding. Tobias’ family reveled at the new addition and are now taking this loss incredibly hard.
Tobias will be forever cherished and remembered by his parents and family.
