We are devastated to announce the unexpected passing of our one and only child, Tishina Marie Perry-Jensen aka Lady T at the tender age of 41, in Reno NV . Tishina entered into eternal life on Dec. 25, 2022 surrounded by her children after a short illness. This loss is completely unexpected and our family is absolutely devasted.
