We are devastated to announce the unexpected passing of our one and only child, Tishina Marie Perry-Jensen aka Lady T at the tender age of 41, in Reno NV . Tishina entered into eternal life on Dec. 25, 2022 surrounded by her children after a short illness. This loss is completely unexpected and our family is absolutely devasted.                 Tishina was, without a doubt, the most kind, loving, sweet, happy and giving person this world could ask for. She was passionate about life, her children, her family and had a gift for making everyone she met feel like family. She made an impression on the lives of all those around her. Tishina, you will forever be in our hearts and we will always love you. She was also very proud of her Chickasaw heritage. Now that Tishina has begun her journey, she leaves behind a spouse, Hal, and 4 adoring children, Jordyn 22, Hayllee 17, Harley 15 and James 14. She is also survived by her loving parents, Patrick & Debra Perry, her paternal grandparents, James & Patsy Perry, 4 loving uncles & spouses, 4 loving aunts & spouses, a loving God-Sister Justine, and numerous cousins, relatives and friends. She is preceeded in death by her maternal grandparents, Marlis & Judy Hunter.
