Tina Renee Rippy 38, of Jefferson City TN, previously of Knoxville TN, peacefully slipped into the arms of our savior on November 6th,2019 at her home. Tina was preceded in death by grandfather Elmer McMillan and grandmother Joanne Williams. She is survived by her loving parents Betty Housewright, Carlos McMillan, and loving Stepmom Stacy Carter.
