Background
The Tina McElroy Ansa Legacy Fund strives to honor her memory. The fund will cover the cost for her celebration, but more importantly for the long term, it will enable her family to preserve and protect her legacy by creating a retreat facility that allows "lil school girls" to converge to continue writing their stories for decades to come. We aim to educate and inspire future generations of educators, writers, scholars, publishers, journalist, and filmmakers. "Claim what is yours. You belong anywhere on this earth you want to."
