My Aunt Tina was a really special lady and always seemed to have a good heart for so many people and lots of things. When the day came that she was gone, seemed very much like "Taken Too Young" and left a huge impact for me, Uncle Brian and even my Mom like so many others from the family. Even though the time was hard for some in particular, a couple months were hard and seemed like much was so life changing with a song from Heaven coming down to be heard. Even in years past, I still miss her and feel the aftereffects from everyone after hearing the news.
Just like a special time that I remember spending time with Aunt Tina, all the times to see each other seemed to make a slideshow like magic and a special song to think of everyone in her life. Hearing faint reminders of special times always seemed to be like "Somewhere In My Memory" and final moments like "Candle In The Wind." Even so, she seemed to grow in so many hearts and live where some lives were torn apart. She even called out to the family while the truth brought some to tears for a brief time

The last time that I spent with my Aunt Tina was when she came up with Uncle Brian to visit Oregon, like a few times before when I was a child, after moving up here in1995. On that particular visit, we all got to ride around and visit some of Oregon's most interesting places around the Willamette Valley and on the Oregon Coast. Just like old times, we got to have lots of fun and enjoy such a fun time while having a special train ride and visit treasured places that Oregon has to offer. One day while 100 degrees, we swam at the hotel pool where they were staying and until the weather cooled off and ate out at a nearby restaurant. Much of that time was a great vacation from work to enjoy such a special time, together.

During the many years that I knew my Aunt Tina, she was always so special to me. The whole time that I knew my aunt, she was diabetic and I first learned this when I was in high school. From lots of vacations when I got to see her, she was really amazing in the banking business and had a really unique gift with homemade Almond Roca and was a great cook. In her outside life, she got to see her 2 sons, my cousins Jason and Michael serve in the U.S. Armed Forces with Jason in the Army National Guard and Michael in the Air Force and dream jobs with Jason being a Sheriff and Michael being a Fire Fighter. Also, she got to see her grandchildren as Jason's kids, Brandon and Abby grew up, even through the days of aftermath when Jason was home from Iraq and later when Michael and Gina had their kids, later. In the years that she got to see Natalia and Jack grow up until her passing, she got to be a really nice lady and marvel at having 4 gifted grandchildren. In the days that she was with the whole family at reunions, she got to have special days with everyone and each family reunion was truly spectacular with great memories of such wonderful times.
Even today (even though Tina is gone now), we must remember her for all the happy memories of her life in all kinds of times. As everyone has continued, she has always been there in spirit and still is a part of everyone in the family's lives, even in memories to always remember. Among each and every member of the family far and wide, she is an Angel and will always be there for us and watches everyone from Heaven above.
Forever In Our Hearts, Tina Livingston is somebody special to all of us and shall be remembered forevermore.
