Born 10/12/1980 to Renee L Hilliker in Charleston, South Carolina. She joined her mother in heaven on 3/26/21 in Wentzville, MO. Graduated from Fort Zumwalt North, class of 1999.
Married Tyson Franklin on 9/19/2004
Tina worked in home care for many years.
She loved to draw, paint & bake like her mother, Renee. She never passed up a fashionable purse. Her smile and dimples would light up a room when she walked in. She had a heart of gold. Preceded in death: mother, Renee L Scott, and grandparents, Bill & Trudy Owens.
Survived by: daughters Kylie & Kandra Franklin with ex-husband Tyson Franklin of Dellwood MO, Step-father Virgil (Becky) Scott of O’Fallon, MO, brothers, Jesse “Jay” Reifsteck of St. Louis, MO, Virgil (Bonnie) Scott of Granite City, IL, sisters, Julie (Adam) Doll of Pocahontas, IL, Kim Duncan of Gulf Shores, Alabama, & many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins & friends including her partner Meagan Laster.
