Timothy "Tim Tim" Wise, 55, of Ellicott City, MD, passed away on September 25, 2022 after a tragic accident.
Timothy was born on August 12, 1967 to Michael and Rose Wise in Columbia MD. After graduating from Hammond High School in 1985.
