Sending love and peace to you Emily.  Kate Cappleman Sinz
Tim was a fantastic boss, mentor and had the best light hearted attitude to ease the room anywhere. I am so thankful for the time I had knowing him at Ashlawn and for the pleasure of working for him. Condolences to his beautiful family. 🤍

He will be deeply missed. Our hearts and prayers are forever with his girls!
Tim's imprint on our family is very special. From the way he cherished his Rose Petals and his beautiful wife, to how he made everyone feel welcomed at all the family gatherings, Tim was our "happy" and our family's heartbeat. His genuine love for us all was a big source of comfort. However, it is his smile and the sparkle in his eye that we will never forget. Love and prayers we send your way, Rose Family.... SeSee, Chris and Jake
When walking my dog in the Ashlawn neighborhood and as a Tarheel myself, we shared a chuckle when he said his wife only let him fly the UVA banner on occasion.
Such a friendly neighbor!
He will be missed.
I met Tim at a Breg National Sales meeting in Scottsdale, AZ.  Someone had told me to ask him about a particular story...needless to say my ribs hurt from laughing so hard.  I think about the stories he told me over the years and always smile.  Tim is an icon, he will be missed!!
Timbo is the second best thing I got out of the deal when I married Cy.  He quickly became my own friend and later, the godfather to our firstborn.  I think being a friend was his true calling.  He was an expert friend, and to so many people.  He sent Cy off to Iraq in 2011 with a new Ipod touch so he would be able to Facetime me.  A couple of years ago he showed up at our house with a compression device minutes after Cy returned from knee surgery.  He was practically Santa Claus to my kids, arriving like clockwork with an Advent calendar every December 1, and again a few weeks later with bacon and biscuits for Christmas morning.  He never missed a birthday, and I always received a hilariously inappropriate GIF on mine.  Timbo was like a breath of fresh air - always smiling, always cheerful, not a drop of ego.  He will be forever loved and deeply missed by the Kumps.   Rose Petals, you are our family and we are here for anything you need.  We love you.

Tim was our first friend when we moved to Richmond.   He had a magical laugh and a towering heart. He exuded joy and love; he was a beacon of pure light.  I will always remember the countless Tuesday night television extravaganzas we shared while we cooked up potential Curb Your Enthusiasm episodes.  He was wildly funny. He could always be counted on for a map, an image, a chart, or a meme to hammer home a point. He was  so generous, inclusive, and so deeply kind.  We will forever cherish his memory.  Our deepest condolences to his family. He will be greatly missed.  Love you, Uncle Timbo!

My son was graduating from UVA (go hoos!) and Tim took him under his wing. He was not just a boss, he was a mentor, confidante, listener, teacher and true friend. Tommy was able to forge friendships and connections with members of the health care community that are  invaluable.

Tim’s company was a family of employees all trying to keep up with his unsurpassed dedication and love for his clients and the patients they served. There weren’t competitive sales quotas.  His employees played the childhood game of “rock paper scissors” - the winner of which would get a fabulous holiday with Tim and Emily.

He was so proud of his girls and his beautiful wife. Everyone enjoyed the stories of their latest adventures and accomplishments. He even treated me as part of his extended family. When I broke my foot he texted me the very same day discussing the Bregg options.

He was one in a million and heaven has the most amazingly angel now. He will be truly missed.

Timbo, our pitcher and leader growing up. Spent most of my time with him, Chris, Cory, and several other teammates running the town of Great Bridge as teenagers. Way to many good stories to list. Definitely one of great ones. Love ya big guy! Thanks for looking out for us. See you on the other side! 💚💛

Kris' 50th Birthday Happy Hour — with TJ Austin, Tim, Kris Paley, Tiffany Spiva and Shelley Smith

Tim was my coworker/rep and my friend since he moved to Richmond with Emily in 2005 and took over the Breg distributorship. Tim was not the average “salesman”, but someone who truly cared about his customers and formed genuine long-lasting relationships. His philosophy was to do good for the customer and it would come back to you. He worked hard to keep a promise and always came through.

I also learned that his “favorite holiday” was April Fool’s Day for which he managed to get me EVERY year. Some years I even prepared myself for it and stayed on my toes, but he still got me! He loved to tell stories of April Fool’s years past and how some of his friends may have even said he went over the line. But he was harmless and only wanted to make you laugh and I’m sure he was easily forgiven. There are many other memories I have shared with him, his family, and his “dream team” that will keep Tim's "jolly" ways in my heart. He never forgot a birthday and made those around him feel special. He surrounded himself with good, quality people that he knew made a difference in other people’s lives. That was important to him. He not only talked the talk but walked the walk. He was genuine and kind and truly cared how you were and what he could do to help if you weren’t. To him, I was “KP” and that was how he addressed me every time he saw me, and I never minded. I was one of the lucky ones. Lucky to have known him and to have had him in my professional life, as well as a friendship level.

I absolutely loved seeing his family grow over the years.  He deeply loved Emily and his “rose petals” with all his heart and spoke of them often, updating me on pictures and successes.

Tim made a huge difference in this crazy world and in so many lives. I am happy to have known him and to have called him my friend. I will miss you Timbo. To Emily and the girls, my heart is heavy for each of you and my prayers are with you now and in the future.
