Timothy James Poulin, longtime resident of Marlboro, New York, passed away on the night of December 25. He was born in Rockville Centre, Long Island, the son of James C. Poulin and Lillian L. Poulin (nee Dawes).
He graduated from Marlboro High School and received his Associate's degree at Dutchess Community College. He achieved the rank of Major in the US Army Reserves, and earlier in life served in the Navy during the Vietnam War …
