Timothy Lee Phillips, 62, of Hickory passed away Friday, May 23,2025 at MUSC Hospital in Charleston, SC. Mr. Phillips was born October 6, 1962, in Catawba County. Tim led many entrepreneurial endeavors using his art of the sale to connect with people, meet their needs and share his story. The first part of Tim’s story consisted of building his testimony and never meeting a stranger. The second part of his story, Tim showed others how through faith, God’s grace saved him. He had a passion to share with others how God restores marriages and families resulting in a life lived to the full. God truly blessed Tim and his children’s children as seen in his lineage that follows.

He was preceded in death by his father Jerry Ray Phillips. Survivors include his mother Shirley Lowman (Hefner), his adoring wife of 20 years Lisa Phillips and three sons, Josh Phillips and wife Melisa, Kyle Phillips and wife Kayla, Devin Baldwin and wife Tekoa,  5 grandchildren Brandon Huffman, Emma Huffman, Benjamin Bollinger, Evelyn Phillips, Jackson Timothy Phillips, 5 siblings, Andy Phillips and wife Ginger, Jeff Phillips and wife Angie, Wendy Chavez and husband Joe, Jeremy Phillips and wife Beth and Mandy Lankford and husband Joey. Tim has 13 nieces and nephews that call him “Crazy Uncle : The Man, The Myth, The Legend”. He will be greatly missed and left us with so many great memories.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025, 2:00PM at The Church at Life Park 1151 George Browder Blvd Mount Pleasant, SC 29466. Tim requested no flowers, instead consider memorials to be made to :
