Timothy “Tim” Charles McVay

October 30, 1967 – April 18, 2025

Timothy “Tim” Charles McVay, a truly selfless and caring soul, passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 57. Known to most simply as “Tim,” he was the kind of person who made life a little easier and a lot brighter for everyone around him. He lived most of his life in Delhi, Louisiana, where his kindness and generosity were felt by everyone who knew him. 

 Tim was the kind of person everyone could count on — dependable, selfless, and full of heart. He would do anything in the world to help someone, no matter who they were or what they needed. His kindness wasn’t loud or showy — it was quiet and constant, the kind that made people feel safe, cared for, and never alone. Whether you needed a helping hand, a listening ear, or just someone to show up, Tim was already there. He lived his life with compassion and generosity, and he leaves behind a legacy of love that will never be forgotten.
