Timothy “Tim” Lee Allen, beloved father and devoted grandfather went to his heavenly home on January 15, 2022. Tim was born on July 10, 1952 to the late Buffy Allen and Janette Purvis Allen. He grew up in the close knit community of Grove Hill, AL. In 1974, Tim moved to Birmingham to work with Rust Engineering and later with BE&K, where he was employed for 25 years.
