It is heartbreaking to have to announce the passing of everyone’s friend or brother, Tim Hernandez. Timothy Ozzie Hernandez was born on October 17, 1969 in Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico to Osvaldo, a pastor, and Maria Hernandez. Soon after, the couple moved to California to be close to family and for better medical care for their tiny son.
