"Uncle Tim" passed away suddenly April 24 at the age of 58 after a long illness. He was a very talented, gentle man with many interests including furniture refinishing, flower arranging, and his dogs. He grew up travelling with his military family all over the world and settled in Northern Virginia as a teenager before retiring to Daytona Beach.
