I had Mr. Brennan in 7th grade social studies in 2011. I just looked him up and was saddened to learn of his passing. I think about him often because he introduced me to the show Doctor Who. I fell in love with that show, which eventually led me to find my current partner through our mutual love of the program. We are getting married in November. If he had not recommended it to me, we may never have met. I remember him as being a silly and fun teacher that always kept class interesting. I am now a teacher myself, and I try to keep the same energy he did in my own classroom. Though it has been a few years since his passing, I send my condolences to his friends and family.
