I was very shocked when I heard the news of Timothy's passing. I literally just found out today (April 4, 2023) while my husband was getting his car serviced. Tim was a good friend/relative. He also performed my wedding ceremony back in 2014 and sold me and my husband both of our cars. He always would give us useable marital advice and was an awesome person. He will be missed. Tracie, you are in my thoughts and continued prayers during this tough time.

Tim was a leader for me and my friends. He showed us the importance of patience and family. He never closed hisself off from us and our needs no matter the situation. The work he did with me will last generations. He literally assisted in making me the man I am today, he will be truly missed!

I met Tim climbing Stone Mountain about a year and a half ago. I know God sent him to talk to me that day. He has been extremely impactful on my husband’s and my life. He was a counselor to us that became a friend and a brother. I don’t know where we would be without him. He always talked to us about the Love he had for Tracie and Trey. I am so sorry for your loss. He was heaven sent. We are so much better after knowing him. Forever changed. 🕊️🙏🏾

A very wise man that had a major impact in my life in only 6/7 months that I had the pleasure to work with.
I could hear Tim talking for hours and hours about everything. Not to mention the incredible sense humor.
“Mr Portugal “ , how he used to call me. Wishing all the family and friends all the best and always remember the positive impact he had in many life’s.

Tim had a way of making friends, and turning them to family. Tim and I met two years ago and what a blessing it was. His mentorship and availability is un matched. Learning from him on how to be a Husband, Father, Friend, and Mentor was and is truly life changing. I know he is at home now, watching over all the ones he has grown to call family over the years. I am so sad for the loss of this tremendous man, but I am grateful for the memories, and lessons I will pass on because of him. Tracy & Trey, you've got an entire village to lean to for support, and I encourage you to lean into it during this time.

A text that I shared with a mutual friend, when I learned that Tim was sick.
"I feel so sad for Tracie. My heart aches for her and Trey.
I remember Tim telling me that people used to ask him was Tracie his daughter. He told me he had to start working out to be here for Tracie and Trey. 😔😔"
Know that your family remains in my thoughts and prayers. 🙏🏾🕊

I met my friend/brotherTim shortly after he and Tracie married. Me and my husband Mike enjoyed a special friendship with the Berrys. I remember when me and Tim would walk the trail on some mornings for exercise during the time they lived at Wildcreek Apartments in Clarkston. Tim & Tracie were guest at our home and we at theirs. We went to EWF concerts, participated in the Peachtree Road Race together, a charity/health walk, sporting events and much more. Tim inspired me to be the best version of myself professionally and personally. When my Husband Mike passed away unexpectantly in 2020 Tim was one of the first friends to be at my home to offer support. The constraints of the pandemic forced distance in our relationship. After the loss of my husband Mike during that time of pandemic isolation, Tim would send random text messages of encouragement in my grief. The last text was October 25th, the month prior to his passing. He was still checking on me. I'm so grateful for our friendship and I mourn his passing. Sending Love, Light, Peace and Blessing to Tracie, Trey, the family, and everyone that knew and loved Tim. He was a one of a kind and will be missed. RIP my Brother.

Happy Heavenly Birthday Tim! I’m still at a loss for words. We last spoke about you running a marathon in every state. I told you which ones were scenic. I know you’re running up there and having a grand time! I send my deepest prayers to Tracie, Trey and your family. Rest well.

Tim was an exceptional person, who became my brother in Christ. We shared a love for fitness and empowerment. This is us running to raise funds for Cool Dads Rock with the founder LV. I will miss his motivating and encouraging thoughts. He was funny and a truth teller. We love you Tim, this love is extended to my sis Tracey and Trey. God Bless.

The conversations we had in December 2021 was priceless. From this point I knew Tim was an outstanding person because our energies matched. I appreciate the advice given that night and the words of encouragement as well. Tim will forever be in my heart and I will definitely always be here to support Tracie and Trey along the way. I love you all! ❤️

The statement “ He made everyone who knew him feel special” could not be more truthful. Tim could always find something in common with anyone and would have the best conversations about them. He made you feel good because he was always so positive.
