Timna was born March 8, 1963 in Charleston South Carolina to George and Marylee Rhyner. Due to her fathers service in the navy they moved quite frequently until her parents divorced when she was 12. Her mother remarried to David Hylton and the family moved to Odessa, Texas. he went to Odessa high school for her junior year. They moved to Dublin George and …
