Tran Khiem Thuong, who left this world on June 2, 2023 at his home in Riverdale, Georgia, was born in Vinh Long, South Vietnam on March 13, 1944
Survived by his son, Hung Quan Tran and his wife Natane of Lynnwood, WA; his daughter, Uyen Nhi Buie and her husband Charles of Richmond Hill, GA; as well as his beloved grandchildren, Carson and William Buie, survive him.
Tran Khiem Thuong was born to Hoi Tran and Deng Thi Huynh, who predeceased him. Also, his late brother, Trong Khiem Tran, who lost his life serving the south Vietnam army.
He was a teacher at the high school level in Vietnam before he joined the South Vietnam army and fought alongside the US troops during the Vietnam war.
