Captain Thomas “Tom” Allen Webb, Jr., 71, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at his home in Ocklawaha, Florida. Tom was born to Thomas Allen Webb, Sr. and Clare Scott Wailes Webb on September 6, 1952, in Louisville, Kentucky.
After graduating from Fork Union Military Academy in Virginia, Tom attended Tennessee Tech University where he was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. During college he was also a valued …
