Thomas L. Storms, 59, of DeLand, FL, passed away on March 21, 2022, after a battle with a number of health issues including COPD.

Thomas was born on October 15, 1962, to Fredrick and Joann Storms in Carmel, New York. Thomas, called Tommy or Tom by his friends and family, grew up in Brewster, New York where he enjoyed being with his siblings and many cousins. Tom was a part of the Garry Owen Cadets; …
