I have such fond memories of our school days together in Shaker playing in band and running track. Tom was a great friend. RIH😔

Knowing Tommy since we were kids, I will always remember his sense of humor/his laugh, his sense of adventure, and the love he had for his family & friends.
Rest In Peace, dear friend.🙏

I will remember Tom for his passion and his knowledge. He was always happy with a fishing pole in hand. He was so proud of his kids. He will be missed. 💜

Dear Rosegger Family. I am so sad to hear the news about Tom. Could tell stories for hours about the things we did and the great times we had when we were youngsters. We never got into any kind of trouble either haha. He will be close to my heart forever. Sending all our thoughts, prayers, and hugs to all. Love you Tom......Tom Gibbs and family

you were definitely one of the most interesting people I've ever known, you were always very good to me, and I'm very sorry you are gone... it was an honor to know you and your family... i know you believed in Jesus because you took me to church with you and we discussed it, so i know I'm going to see you again one day... until then so long Tommy and thanks for all the fish ♥️

2013, New Orleans, LA, USA
I messaged Brian asking him for things to do in New Orleans since I knew he was going there occasionally at the time. He messaged me back saying that his dad was in town, sent his number, and said "pics or it didn't happen." I texted him out of the blue and he was super excited to meet up. I never spent much time with Tommy, but it was awesome to grab lunch and a drink with him there. Most of what we talked about were his and out mutual families. It was clear he loved all his relatives, and especially his kids, very much. Rest easy Tommy.

I'm so sorry to hear about Tom, or Voots as we called him. Growing up with Tom as one of our core buddies in the neighborhood was always an adventure. Popping wheelies in grade school, digging up night crawlers and midnight fishing at Punderson, trying pole vaulting with him in HS, and being a roadie for his band while we were in college. Working on cars, you name it and we did it, having fun every minute!
I still laugh when i think about him reciting "one potato, two potato..." in German when we were little kids on the playground.
I'll miss you, my brother. Rest in Peace!
