Thomas Powell Jr. entered eternal life on March 4, 2021 at University Hospital in Augusta, Ga. He was born July 16, 1946 to the late Thomas Powell, Sr. and Mary Rouse. At an early age he joined Daniel Grove Baptist Church and was an active member for many years.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Rosa Ashley and Beatrice Rouse: and one brother James Powell.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories a special friend Lisa Collins; one sister Katie Jones of Waynesboro, Ga.; two brothers John Powell and Lee Powell of Waynesboro, Ga.; one daughter Tiffany Powell of Waynesboro, Ga.; three granddaughters Jessica Powell, Tomeka Powell, and a special granddaughter Shanterra Hughes, of Waynesboro, Ga.; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
