Tommy had been out of school due to a tumor and I was either in 8th or 9th grade and Tommy supervised our PE class one day. I looked up to him. He uplifted those around him.

I have never met a kinder, more genuine soul than that of my dearest friend, Tommy. He was incredibly selfless and caring and anyone who came into his life was able to see that immediately. Our friendship has spanned over three decades and I could write a book about all our stories from high school through our adult life but my heart is breaking too much. To the family, I send my deepest condolences. To Taylor, your dad always talked about how proud he was of you and all the amazing things you have already done and will do in your life.

There are no words to describe this child of God. He was the nicest, sweetest people that you could call a friend. Loved this baby boy. I worked at 600 Racing and met the whole family. My deepest condolences to the family. Although I've never met Tommy in person, I did have the pleasure of speaking with him via phone.. He was the kindest, most humble, loving young man that I've had the pleasure to speak with. The 1st and third time (which was the last time I spoke with Tommy), I said to him, "Thank you for taking care of your Granddad. Thank you for being a light. Continue to be GREAT". I heard him giggle and simply responded with, "Yes Ma'am, thank you for helping".

I felt his sincerity.

May Tommy's spirit keep you guys. Carry a small part of him with you daily.
