We are so sorry to hear about Thomas's passing. He was such a wonderful  and caring person. He will be greatly missed.
Tom will be missed, always  friendly and a bit of a philosopher who noticed people and engaged positively in conversations and expressive in feelings and quite funny! A shining light.

I moved back to Carl street in the midst of Covid after separating from my husband and it was a difficult time. Tom was one of the first people who came up and introduced himself to me and was unfailingly polite and encouraging about my garden. Loved to talk to him and say hi to him every day. Will miss him.

Uncle Tom’s quiet and subtle presence always made me feel comfortable to be around him. He was always kind to me growing up and  made an effort to connect with me at family gatherings. A man of few words. As I grew older, and wiser in my music taste,  we had more in common to chat about. I’m so sorry to Erin, Cheryl, Maureen, and all who loved Tom so dearly.  May he Rest In Peace.

I feel blessed to have been fortunate to know Tom and become friends after I moved to San Francisco several years ago. He was honest, caring and worked hard to make our community a better place. His untimely departure leaves us feeling sad, but committed to continue to the work he started. Rest in Peace my friend, and know that your contributions to our community, are appreciated by everyone!
Where do I begin,  Tom was the best big brother ever! I still remember specific times growing up and him protecting me, his little sister.  We've always been close .. we were always a text or call away. We always text each other with pics of blue skies or in his case the fog rollng in from the bay.I will miss him dearly and deeply.  Rest easy my brother. Hope you are up there listening to some Grateful Dead right now!  Love you forever

Tom was a quiet but thoughtful person. I remember as a kid, in the morning Tom would never forget to bring me my favorite donut at Dunkin the strawberry sprinkled donut. He was a very comforting sole that made everyone feel that around him. Tom will be deeply missed❤️🙏
So many good times with this guy.. So many shows and even family outings together.. And how ironic that he was in the same room that Phil was in during  his hospital stay.. He will be greatly missed!!
Tom was a great guy. Many fun times together over the years. He will be missed.
