Thomas Patrick Bright, 65 of Rocky River, OH passed away peacefully on September 21, 2024.

Tom Pat aka "Dudabeggar"  aka Tommy Boy lived a full and wonderful life.  He and former wife, Karen Olsen Bright gifted this world with two wonderful children, Abby and Sam.  Tom was a proud and dedicated Father.  Tom is preceded in death by his loving parents, Tom and Betty Bright, brother Bob Bright, nephew Jake Miller and too many friends.  He will be greatly missed by many including  his sisters Connie Bogar and Family, Mary Jo Miller and Family, Beth Bowers and Family and Patti Keating and Family.  He will also be greatly missed by his brothers Dr. Michael Bright and Family and Peter Bright and Family.  

 Tom attended Our Lady of Angels Catholic School, The American School of Milan,  and was a  graduate of Rocky River High School.   Tom then worked for 7 years at Gould International Defense Contractors along side his dad, Tom Bright Sr. and brother Bob Bright. After leaving Gould Tom earned a Bachelor's Degree is Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Special Education from Cleveland State University.   Tom retired from the Garfield Hts. School System where he taught High School to Special Needs children.  Tom was also a volunteer with the Catholic Big Brother & Sisters Organization.

Tom's favorite thing were hiking in the Cleveland Metroparks and at Coe Lake with his dog.  He valued his family and was a passionate, nostalgic and a very loyal friend to many.  Tom had an infectious smile and a gregarious sense of humor.  He will be dearly missed by all those lives he touched.
