Thomas's obituary
Thomas Mullenix, known fondly by friends and family as "the coolest of the cool," was born on April 10, 1965, in Shreveport, LA to Louis and Patricia Mullenix. He passed away on August 29, 2024. His charismatic nature and zest for life were infectious, truly embodying the spirit of "never meet a stranger."
Tom leaves behind a loving family who cherished him immensely. His wife, Robin Mckeehan Mullenix, his son, Dylan Mullenix, and his daughter, Dayani Mullenix, will forever remember his unwavering commitment to family. His sisters, Lucy Rankin and Hope Pete, will miss his magnetic personality and the fun-filled moments they shared.
Tom was a man of many passions, most notably riding his Harley, which became a defining trait in his life. He cherished his time at LRC, a favored vacation spot that provided countless precious moments for him and his loved ones.
Tom lived every day to the fullest, as if each day were a new adventure, a testament to his vibrant spirit and inspiring approach to life. He believed in pouring his heart into everything he did, a legacy that will forever be remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing him.
A memorial service to honor Tom's memory will be held on September 14, 2024, at 11:00 am at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd. Friends and family will gather to celebrate his incredible life, cherishing the endless memories he has left behind.
Tom's family and friends will miss him dearly, but they are comforted by the unconditional love he gave, the multitude of memories they shared, and the knowledge that he lived his life to the fullest each day. His radiant spirit continues to live on, nourishing their belief that he has joined his Heavenly Father.
Rest in Peace my sweet brother. We sure do miss you but will see you on the other side🥰.
