Dave was preceded in death by his mother, Debra Mills Brooker, his maternal grandparents Patricia D. Legnon and Alton Mills, and his maternal great grandmother, Mary "Mama-Sis" Doerner.
He is survived by his fianceé, Mitzi M. Penton; his beloved son, Sebastian P. Penton; his aunt, Pamela Mills; uncles, David Mills and Michael O'Hara (Jennifer); cousins, Thomas "Teddy" Gregson, Michael D. O"Hara (Krystal), Jesse Mills (Rachael), and Scarlet Siegrest (Greg); fianceé's mother, Deborah D. Penton; fianceé's brother, Wayne Penton; and fianceé's godchild Glenn Pusch.
Relatives and friends are warmly invited to a Celebration of Life honoring Thomas "Dave" Mills. Date, time, and location to be announced.
