Thomas Andrew McGraw of Baltimore, Maryland passed away at his home on February 8th, 2026 at the age of 77. He was born on October 6, 1948 to William Thornton and Eleanor Frankye McGraw in Monkton, Baltimore County, Maryland. After graduating from Hereford High School, he served in the Army during the Vietnam War. Upon his return, he moved to the Hampden neighborhood of Baltimore City (where he lived since the early 1970s) and worked …
