Tom and I were in Mrs. Fisher's homeroom class in Upper St. Clair for four years. She seated us alphabetically so his desk was behind mine every year. We had a running joke: Mrs. Fisher had a green dress exactly like one my mother owned and every time she wore it to school, one of us would remind the other that my mother and Mrs. Fisher had the same dress. I don't know why we thought that was funny, but as kids we thought it was riotous and it started our day off in a fun mood. He was a very nice classmate and I am sorry he has passed. May he rest in peace and rise in glory.
Tom and I were in classes together at Upper St. Clair. He was a nice boy. My sympathy.
