Obituary
Thomas (Tom) Lewis was born in April 1954 to David and Patricia Lewis of Baltimore, Maryland. Tom grew up with two younger brothers: Dave and Gordon. He enjoyed sports, photography, and especially fishing.
Tom graduated from Western Maryland College with a degree in biology, cum laude, and then received a masters degree in public administration from University of Baltimore seven years later. The duration of his career was spent working for the state - primarily …
