Thomas Richard Krutulis, age 71, of Wesley Chapel, FL, passed away on June 4, 2022, at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, FL, after several complications with illness. Thomas was born on August 2, 1950, in Johnson City, NY, a son of the late Matthew "Mike" Krutulis and Alice (Melnick) Krutulis. A graduate of Archbald High School 1968, Lincoln Technical Institute 1970, and Conrail Engineer school 1986. He had a 27-year career as a railroad engineer …
