Thomas “Tom” Herbert Peaslee Jr. of Boston, Massachusetts passed away suddenly on August 12, 2024, in Duxbury, Massachusetts. Thomas was born on February 2, 1979, in Manchester, NH to Darene Crouch, now of Florida, and Thomas Peaslee Sr. of Maine. Thomas leaves behind his very beloved wife Dorian Peaslee (née Burke) of Dorchester, and her family that embraced Thomas as their own: parents Kevin and Maria Burke (affectionately nicknamed “Mom” by Tom) of Milton, and sister Robin Burke and her husband Nick Connelly of Rockland. Thomas is also survived by his much adored dog, Elvis, as well as his step-mother, siblings, children, and friends.

Thomas grew up in the Lowell area, but always claimed that he found his “home” once he moved to the South Shore. Thomas was an experienced and skillful roofer, carpenter, and mechanic. In his last years, he worked as a proud member of Local 33 Roofers’ Union. He appreciated nature and was especially fond of visits to the beach or mountains alongside his wife. Memories of Thomas will be cherished and he will be remembered as compassionate, humble, and loyal. He is forever loved and his presence will be greatly missed. May his soul rest in the sweetest peace.
