Thomas "Tommy" Helm, 47, of Flower Mound, TX, passed away on June 11, 2025.

Thomas was born on February 1, 1978 to Richard and Cheryl Helm in Sacramento, CA.  After high school graduation, he joined the U.S. Army and served until 2005. In 2007 he met Lisa Kennedy and they wed in 2010, going on to have 3 children, Chase, Madison and Lee.

Thomas was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His job took the family on many travels before they settled in the Dallas area.

Tommy was also a passionate member of the veteran community and could often be found at his children’s events when he wasn’t at home. Anyone who knew Tommy knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. Thomas was predeceased by Parents Richard and Cheryl. He is survived by wife Lisa, children Chase, Madison, Lee and brother Richard.
