Thomas's obituary
Thomas Gregory Wright, age 81, of Hopkinton, New Hampshire passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023. Thomas was born on November 16th, 1942 to Gregory G. Wright and Harriet W. Wright.
Tom could often be found tinkering with electronics, radios, and sound systems, always wanting to know how something worked. As a young adult he attended Dartmouth College where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Physics. He loved to drive through the White Mountains of New Hampshire where he was also fond of hiking, spending time outdoors and enjoying being in nature.
Thomas is predeceased by his parents, his sister; Lucy Schutzius and his aunt; Lucy Merrill.
He is survived by his sister; Patricia Morrison of Cincinnati, OH, his nieces Ellen Wilson of Saint Louis, MO and Sarah Dillon of Cincinnati, OH. His nephews; David Morrison of Chicago, IL and Benjamin Morrison of Cincinnati, OH.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the many friends and neighbors in Contoocook, NH that helped Tom over the years. In lieu of flowers the family asks that anyone consider making a donation to the Hopkinton, NH Town Library or the Hopkinton, NH Food Pantry.
