Thom's obituary
He was born to Alberta and George Brown on May 5, 1947 in Toledo, Ohio. An independent personality from the beginning, Thom was an excellent student. After graduating from high school, he immediately began to serve as a full-time servant of Jehovah. In 1978, Thom met his wife Virginia in Lake Tahoe. Thom and Virginia spent their days serving Jehovah, working in their own business, traveling and entertaining. They were deeply devoted to each other. Thom is survived by his brother Dan Brown and sisters Laura Becker and Birdy Shephard, along with many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Alberta and George.
While we would love to hold an in-person memorial service, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this will be done virtually. If you’d like to honor Thom's memory, please make a donation to donate.jw.org .
