Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas I. Fulton, 89, who entered into rest on May 20, 2024. He was born in Buttonwillow, CA on June 28, 1934 to Daniel and Floy Fulton who later relocated to Salinas, CA. He graduated from Salinas High School in 1953 and went on to attend Hartnell College and Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, studying Civil Engineering.
