Thomas's obituary
Tom is a Navy Veteran, P.O.W. of the Korean war. After spending 18 months as a prisoner of war he returned home and began a long, successful career as a Master Welder lifelong member of the International Brotherhood Boilermakers & Blacksmiths Union Local 101. His career took him all over the United States, Saudi Arabia, Japan, various offshore oil rig sites where his expertise in the field was appreciated for over 30 years. Tom retired from his welding career while working at Sunray Energy located in Daggett California in 2010.
Tom was preceded in death by one son David Embry and survived by five kids Steven Embry of South Lake Tahoe California, Greg Embry of Kalispell Montana , Lisa Bikki of Grand Junction Colorado, Leslie Kent of Grand Junction Colorado, Frances Sciortino of New Madrid Missouri. Nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Tom left behind his wife Carolyn Lee Embry with whom he shared an indescribable love with for over 26 wonderdul years.
