Thomas Michael Christy, 68, of Elgin, Texas, passed away April 27, 2024, after a long, hard fought illness.
Tom was born May 3, 1955 in Amarillo, Texas, to James William Christy and Cornelia “Connie” Chavez Christy. The Christy family moved to Austin in 1965 where Tom went on to attend David Crockett High School before enlisting in the US Air Force in 1972. While in the Air Force, Tom used his “Top Secret” clearance, protecting …
