Mrs. Theresa Galbreath Hernandez, age 61, of the Sharpespur Community, died Sunday, July 28, 2019, in Meadows Health in Vidalia, after an extended illness. She was a lifelong resident of Montgomery County was a 1976 graduate of Montgomery County School and was attended nursing school in McRae at Oconee Fall Line Technical College.
