Theresa K. Heick, Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, was born October 3rd, 1955, in Portland, Oregon, the third of four children to John and Delores Harrigan. On July 4th, 1977, she married the love of her life, Robert R. Heick, in Reno, Nevada. Together they shared 48 wonderful years filled with devotion, laughter, and countless cherished memories. For more than 40 years, Theresa dedicated her heart and talent as a preschool teacher , shaping the lives of young children with patience, kindness, and love. She was deeply loyal to her work, her family, and her community. Theresa was also a loving aunt whose warmth and joy extended to her nieces and nephews. She had a unique way of making every holiday and celebration special, with gifts that always carried her personal touch and extra flair, leaving those she loved feeling cherished. She passed away tragically in a car accident in Gresham, OR on June 16th, 2025, at the age of 69. She will be remembered for ehr warmth, generosity, and unwavering care for those around her. She is survived by her sons Justin R. Heick and Jeremy J, Heick; her stepson Robert R. Heick II; her daughter-in-law Brandie Heick; her grandchildren Jaxson and Alex; and her step-grandchildren Dylan and Erika. She is also survived by her brothers Randy and Kevin, and nephews Mikal, Daniel and John. Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, John and Delores Harrigan, her husband Robert R. Heick and sister Jacqueline. Theresas love and compassion touched many lives and her presence will be deeply missed. There will be a memorial service on September 8th at 2:30pm at Willamette National Cemetery with a celebration of life to follow at the family home.
