Theodosia was born on September 9, 1952 to the union of Ive Franklin, Sr and Luvinia (Hocker) Franklin. Theodosia was a revered woman full of life, intriguing, and had a captivating aura. Theodosia departed from us on July 28, 2023. She left a lasting legacy and a void that can never be filled.
An unwavering servant for the Lord, Theodosia was passionate about sharing her faith and being a beacon of hope for lost and thirsty souls. Her life was a testament to her enduring faith and commitment to service. Her tireless effort in creating a safety net for those in spiritual need marked her as a stalwart in her community.
