Theodora Fortenberry Rolland was born Wednesday, December 8, 1954 to the late Rosezetter and Melvin Fortenberry in Oak Ridge, Louisiana.
She was honored and loved on by her daughters Kaylicia and Phylicia Rolland during her time at Baylor Scott and White in Temple, Texas and she passed peacefully on February 21, 2023 at the age of 68 with her daughter Kaylicia by her side.
