My prayers go out to you and your family. Sue was such a wonderful person and loved children.  Once I remember going into her class and she was helping the children to make homemade peanut butter.  I was fasinated myself and stayed to watch it being made.  She was such a good person and loved everyone.
We we were kids we often stayed at auntie's home, everyone was older, but I remember sitting watching wrestling on Friday night and going berry picking with Sue, JT. They got a kick out of me wearing red britches in the cow pasture! Always good times with the cousins!

Mrs. Sue was a Wonderful person and teacher.  I'll always remember in headstart, when my son was there. We decided to do homemade CHRISTMAS stockings for all the children.  So we brought the material and I cut out and made the stockings there in the headstart center. We got  Sesame Street Christmas material with the characters on it and let the children pick which character they wanted on the stocking. We put gifts in the stockings for the children but before they could have their stocking the day of their Christmas party. The last day of school for Christmas break. Mrs. Sue came in with a cake she had baked and it was so pretty. It was white with red writing that said Happy Birthday Jesus  on it.  She told the children before they could have their stockings, she wanted to tell them what Christmas was all about and why we had Christmas. She told them the story of the birth of Christ, then she got the cake, she told them he was the light of the world. She lit the candle and we all sang Happy Birthday Jesus. Then she gave them each their stockings.  A memory my son and I will always hold Dear of her. My son still has his stocking after 29 years.
She wanted to know everything about her family history. I never had the chance of meeting her. However I can tell she was passionate about almost anything.

Ms. Sue as her friends called her was a special person who never met a stranger. She didn’t care about how much money you had, how fancy your house was or how much money you had. She loved everyone, especially children and her Lord and Savior.  She was always ready to help others. She and Bobby participated in activities at church and did many Easter and Christmas plays and never failed to give 100%+. She helped with VBS, taught classes and in years past worked with youth. She loved serving her Lord and praying for others. She influenced many showing and proclaiming her love for her Savior. She will be missed but we will see her again. Until then, we love you Ms. Sue and thanks for the wonderful memories.
Ms. Sue was a true friend.  She liked everyone.  She was a very caring person.  She was a witty person. Most of all she was a wonderful Christian lady.  I loved her and enjoyed being with her. She will truly be missed by us all. One day we will see her again. Praying for her family.
Sue was a caring non judgemental Christian lady who never backed down from a dare she was always trying to help people which is rare these days she was always ready to share a laugh or a story i can remember when her and i embarrassed our kids at football games by laughing and being silly Alexis and Brandon would always say there they go again lol i will never forget all our shamangians at bible school and all church functions and at the ddc i am just sorry that we were not as close in the last few years but sometimes it is beyond our control i will miss you sue say hello to mrs arbutis she was a great lady too
Sue, we love you and will miss you. Our hearts are broken for your family, especially for you Alexis.
I'm so sorry for your loss. My daughter and I was so lucky to get to see her about three weeks before she passed. We was at Walmart and she came behind me and said I ain't gonna run you over. I turned around and had to take a second look. I yelled Sue and gave her a big hug. I will miss this lady so much. My prayers are with you and your family.
