“Tammy” Thelma Lee Walley Combs, age 63, of Lenoir, passed away Monday, October 6, 2025, at Atrium Health-Wilkes Medical Center. She was born April 8, 1962, in Hickory to Leroy and Thelma Elizabeth Wright Walley. Thelma loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Those surviving are her daughter, Sydney Inshetski of Honesdale, Pennsylvania; son, Sidney Ian Combs of Blaine, Washington; brother, Scott Walley of Hiddenite; and grandchildren, Ryder & Keeslar Errami of Newton, Jayce Bowman of Taylorsville, Luca Froelich of Mooresville, and Sebastian Inshetski of Honesdale, Pennsylvania.
